Can’t connect Google Analytics

Rankly lists only the GA4 properties your Google account can access. Make sure you signed in with an account that has at least Viewer access to the property, then reconnect. If you have multiple Google accounts, check you picked the right one during sign-in.
Rankly connects to Google Analytics 4 properties only. Universal Analytics (the older version) is not supported. If you only have a UA property, create a GA4 property in Google Analytics first.
Allow popups for the Rankly dashboard and try Connect again. The flow sends you to Google and back; if it’s interrupted, just restart it.

No data is showing up

Connecting your Google account isn’t enough on its own. After sign-in, choose an account and then a property. Data fills in once a property is selected.
Widen the date range. A brand-new GA4 property, or one with low traffic, may have little to show for a short window.
Rankly pulls your data from Google’s API on first connect. If a view looks empty, refresh after a few seconds.

AI / LLM traffic looks low

Rankly detects AI traffic from the referrer GA4 captures. If a visitor’s browser or the AI tool stripped the referrer, that visit can’t be attributed to a platform and falls into another channel. This is a limit of the source data, not Rankly.
Agent Analytics counts LLM referrals at your edge, independently of GA4. If the two differ, the edge number is usually the more complete one.

Wrong property, or want to disconnect

In the GA4 integration, choose Disconnect. Rankly removes the connection and clears its cached copy of your data. Connect again to pick a different property.
